Lettings Manager
Due to growth and expansion, Richard Godsell have an opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join our team.
We are seeking an organised person with a strong work ethic to coordinate and build our property maintenance and management portfolio.
The successful candidate will:
•be responsible for the day to day running of the department
•undertake property valuations, viewings, negotiations and inspections
•be confident when communicating directly with landlords, tenants and clients
•manage compliance records
•arrange and invoice sub-contractor activity
•have excellent administrative skills
•understand financial reporting
•attend networking events
Hours are flexible with a mix of both office and home working available and you must have a full UK driving license.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
